Zebra Recognized as a Leader in Nucleus Research 2025 Workforce Management Technology Value Matrix

Company’s workforce optimization solutions streamline critical resources in retail, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality industries

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – April 24, 2025 – Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), a global leader in digitizing and automating frontline workflows, has been named a Leader in Nucleus Research 2025 Workforce Management (WFM) Technology Value Matrix for the seventh year in a row. Zebra’s Workcloud software has secured a position in the Leader’s quadrant, reflecting the company’s continued dedication to empowering customers with software solutions to optimize their most crucial resources: employee time and activities, inventory, and budgets.

Recent survey findings highlight the critical role technology plays in empowering frontline workers and improving operational efficiency. According to the latest Zebra Global Shopper Study, nearly 90% of retail associates believe they can provide a better customer experience when they have mobile technology to help simplify real-time communication, prioritize tasks, and check prices and inventory.

Moreover, as Zebra’s Shopper Study revealed, most retailers agree that technology enables associates to do their jobs better, and as a result, 75% of retailers say they plan to increase their technology investments in 2025. Similarly, according to the latest Zebra’s International Branch Bank Employee Survey, 79% of employees believe reducing non-customer-facing tasks would improve their job satisfaction.

These insights underscore the growing demand for solutions like Zebra Workcloud™ Workforce Optimization Suite, which is designed to optimize scheduling, task management, communication, and compliance, all underpinned by reporting, analytics, and mobility. The built-in compliance enables organizations to navigate regulations at the federal and state levels, all with the added benefit of compatibility with a wide lineup of Zebra mobile computers.
