The knowledge articles component does not support videos.

Authoring Instructions

Knowledge Articles are automatically populated in the component based on a product tag (Software or Hardware tag) in the page’s properties.

To utilize this component, find the product you would like to display knowledge articles for. Include the tag for the product model in the properties section of the page under the ‘Zebra’ tab > ‘Support & Download’ section > ‘Product Model’ field. Once saved, the documentation component will automatically update with the associated documentation for that product.

Default values for editable component fields:

  • Error Title - We are sorry, but no articles were found.
  • Error Description - Explore our Knowledge Base to discover more articles.
  • CTA Link Text - View More Articles
  • CTA Link - https://supportcommunity.zebra.com/s/global-search/ec30  (for EC30 product model)
