All Zebra printers under this service agreement will receive the following at no additional cost:
On-site response with "parts in hand"
All parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories, and batteries)
All travel (no mileage fees)
Only genuine Zebra parts installed by Zebra-trained and certified technicians
Telephone technical support (M-F 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m. EST)
Up to two(2) preventative maintenance checks per year
