| The core objectives of the PartnersFirst programme in EMEA are to: |

- Provide a foundation for a consistent and transparent partner programme across the EMEA region
- Define and recognise channel partner value in line with partner commitment to Zebra
- Enable margins that encourage partner investment in Zebra
- Provide a range of leading benefits to partners in order to assist revenue growth, education and market development.
| The programme recognises four categories of direct partners: |

- Authorised Distributor
- Premier Partners
- Advanced Partners
- Associate Partners
The Programme also recognises those resellers who buy through a Zebra Authorised Distributor as branded Zebra Resellers.
Programme sub-tracks recognise partners with specialist expertise, knowledge and/or training. Current sub-tracks include: RFID Specialist Partners, Kiosk Specialist Partners, Zebra Authorised Service Providers (ZASP), Independent Zebra Authorised Service Providers (IZASP) and Supplies Specialist Partners.
Those companies whose products and services are complementary to Zebra’s own range, and together create a complete customer solution, can become either a Technology Partner or an Alliance Partner within the Zebra PartnersFirst programme. These partners do not resell Zebra printers, but deliver value through application software and professional services or complementary hardware, and recommend the purchase of the Zebra brand when developing technical solutions. |
