Installation Requirements
After extracting the contained file, run the executable and follow the instructions. It is important to stop all related MIS services (RF Terminal, SAP Outbound Gateway, SAP Outbound Agent, SAP Inbound Gateway, Speech Handler, Process Analyzer, etc.) and any administration console before applying this service pack.
Service packs include all fixes and improvements from all previous versions so you may apply the latest version without having to apply any previous versions. Service packs cannot be removed once installed.
Please read the Environment Setup Guide which is highlighting the environment setup steps, prior to the installation of MIS.
